The United States Today, India Offers Partnership to Develop the world’s Advanced flying, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter:WASHINGTON: The United States today, India offers partnership to develop the world’s most advanced flying machine, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, a month after losing the lucrative $ 10 billion contract for 126 fighter planes.

Recognizing that the recent decision of India not to select the American F-16 and F-18 fighter was a “setback,” said the Pentagon is still interested in selling its first-class fighters to India.

“Despite this setback, we believe U.S. aircraft like the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) to be the best in the world,” the Pentagon said in a nine-page report to Congress.

“If India show interest in the JSF, the U.S. would be willing to provide information on the JSF and its requirements (infrastructure, security, etc.) to support future planning in India,” said Pentagon in a one-of-its kind report on India before Congress US.

The F-35 is a set of fifth-generation stealth fighter developed by the U.S. Lockheed Martin giant arms in a joint consortium with eight other countries – the United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Turkey, Canada, Denmark, Norway and Australia.

The F-35 Lightning II advanced mobile features, self-sustainment, avionics, propulsion systems, stealth and firepower at the lowest possible cost.

The U.S. has already made some test flights of the hunters. F-35 is the only other airline to fly the fifth generation in the world that the F-22 Raptors. Washington has refused to share the technology with any other nation Raptor, not even his closest allies of the United Kingdom and Israel.
